Sugar Free Turtles

1 lb. sugar free caramels 1/4 c. whipping cream 8 oz. chopped walnuts 8 squares of sugar frfee dark or milk chocolate Melt caramels and cream in double boiler. Add nuts. Drop by teaspoon on teflon or cookie sheet. Let stand an hour. Melt sugar free chocolate and pour over caramels.
