We use both UPS & USPS since we have tracking with both!  We proudly ship USPS for APO & FPO's!

All sugar-free candy or chocolates ship direct from Columbus, Ohio.  We distribute only the finest in quality sugar-free products available.

All merchandise ships from a location that contains products that may have been in contact with dairy, nuts and /or byproducts.

Please note that merchandise may be repackaged or delivered in boxes that may not reflect contents.

HOW LONG FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

If products are in stock, usually, by the next day, however back orders do rarely occur.

One major exception is sugar-free donuts and sugar free chocolates, these ship on Monday & Tuesday.

Express shipping typically ships the next business day.

HOW LONG TO ARRIVE?

Most Continental USA orders can arrive within one week. 

WHY IS SHIPPING SO EXPENSIVE?

We are one of the few online companies that does not use shipping as a "profit center" but it is important to remember that shipping is based on weight and distance and that candy tends to be heavy.

Most Orders over $68.00 Continental USA, qualify for free delivery and this is the most cost effective way to purchase your favorite candies.

DO YOU BACKORDER OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS?

Although we try to fulfill orders with all products ordered, with over 700 sugar-free candies in our warehouse, it is inevitable that we will be out of individual items for short periods of time. Those orders will be HELD to ship COMPLETE.  If you don't tell us otherwise.

In the event that a specific candy is out of stock and you qualify for FREE DELIVERY, we will ship your order and you will not be responsible for the cost of shipping.

Unfortunately, we are not able to backorder out of stock products and should you choose to reorder, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping if the total is below the stated promotional amount.

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

Yes, we use USPS.  SHIPPING COSTS will be added to your invoice.  THESE ARE NOT CALCULATED IN ADVANCE.

Overseas shipping tends to be expensive and, unfortunately, we can not guarantee that your package will arrive in perfect condition.

Please note that we are not able to take responsibility for any duties or tariffs that may be assessed when your package goes through Customs.

ABOUT "ON HOLD", if you check on your order and see the status as "ON HOLD" this is GOOD news, this means we have received it and checked it in the the "queue" to be filled, packed & shipped. Only have a concern if we contact you! :) 

 

ABOUT CREDIT CARD Information. Our servers wipe out credit card information (after 30 days) for improved security. If we request a copy of your Drivers License or most recent Credit Card statement (Top half only, please omit transactions) this is to verify the "orderer" that he/she is the infact "cardholder". This procedure greatly reduces fraud and helps keep our prices down! This procedure is only required when address cannot be verified thru our processing center or address comes back as "not correct home and/or zip" 

Never any handling charges, and if a extra charge is required (for cold packs example) it is built into the price, so there NEVER are added charges! 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We will ship internationally, we assume no responsibility for packages once it leaves USA domain. All international are shipped FOB warehouse, Columbus, Ohio. This means that all customers outside pay for shipping from our warehouse in Ohio. All duties and tariffs are the responsibity of the customer. No returns from outside the USA. We will pack with cold packs to ensure against melting, however we will not be held liable for damage due to extreme degrees. All international orders will be shipped ASAP if shipping charges are less than $60 USD, all other orders will be confirmed by email. 

Return Policy: We will glady refund any unopened product (except chocolate) for refund less a 10% restocking fee. On orders over $68.00 original shipping costs will be deducted in addition to the 10% restocking fee. Please call us 1st for RMA number. All returns must be shipped prepaid by customer.
