So try my "never fail diet plan", I call it "Dave's Diet Plan"

Step 1: Eat Less
Step Two: Use a better choice system

What does that really mean?  OK Let me explain.

Eat Less.  Easier said than done.

One secret is to eat a small amount of anything 20 minutes BEFORE you eat a meal.  So have a high fiber protein bar about a half hour BEFORE you eat, or suck on a sugar free lollipop.  Either way, trick your mind our of a ton of calories.  Drink a glass of water 20 minutes BEFORE you eat!

sounds simple it is....

The 2nd step is choose wisely your calories.

So instead of the fried fish, go baked, instead of the bacon-cheeseburger, go hamburger...

Small baby choices add up to large adult consequences
