Easy to use directions:
Serving size 15ml or ˝ oz. Of LiquaFiber into at least 2oz. Of any beverage of soft food (hot or cold)
15ml =1 TBSP 1/2oz. = 1 TBSP
Dosage: 13 yrs to adult- 1/2oz up to 3 times daily.
Note: Do not exceed more than 5 servings per day.
Storage: Store at room temperature.
Shelf Life: Use within 3 months of opening. No refrigeration required.
