INGREDIENTS

- 3 cups shredded coconut - 1/2 cup dietetic peanut butter - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - 2 cups shredded coconut

DIRECTIONS

Combine 3 cups coconut with peanut butter and vanilla extract. Mix well. Shape into 1-inch diameter balls. Roll balls in the 2 cups shredded coconut. Coat thoroughly. Place in pan lined with waxed paper. Chill thoroughly.
